Under the motto "Mosel Textile Arts", textile art on the Moselle, we invite experienced textile artists from near and far to come to our rock garden to work and be inspired.

The special atmosphere of the location with a view over the Moselle valley and the mutual exchange of experiences and opinions experiences and opinions gives rise to interesting works. The artists arrive on Saturday and get to know each other at a wine tasting with local wines. On Sunday, the artists work intensively on their on their works. This year's theme is "Herbs".

The exhibition is open in the afternoon from 12 noon to 4 pm. Admission is free and all interested parties are invited to view the works. The artists will be available to answer questions questions and are also happy to show the public their working techniques. During the exhibition, everyone can join in embroidering a collaborative work that was started at the 1st Mosel Textile Arts in 2018 and will be continued annually. In addition to coffee and homemade cakes, there will also be wine and herbal lemonade.

Please introduce yourself and and your artistic activity. Although we have enough space available so that everyone can can find a favourite workspace, the number of participants is limited.

Artists who are travelling from further afield and need to stay overnight we are happy to help them find accommodation. As Nittel is the largest wine village in the Southern Wine Moselle, the rooms are quickly fully booked. We therefore ask you to book early. It is also possible to travel by train to the local railway station. The nearest airport is Luxembourg-Findel is only 30 km away.
